Shared Support Doesn't Exist - ??

Setting up a new computer: Mac Mini 4 with M4 pro processor and running OS 15.4

I am outputting a video in the export page and trying to setup a Quicktime Preset....when i go to Video settings, i get an error message:
Error launching Quick Time dialog. - then it gives the directory AND says: REDCINE-X Professional /REDCINE-X PRO.app/Contents/MacOS/SharedSupport/ doesn't exist.

WHY? anyone run into this issue? see the screen grab attached.

Try the ProRes export option instead of the Quicktime export option. The Quicktime export used PC operating system features that have since been deprecated. Using the ProRes Export will provide an MOV output, just like the Quicktime export option used to.
