Settings reset after not using camera for 5-7 days

Hi All,
I was just wondering if its normal for the cameras settings to reset after 5 days or so. My camera forgets the time, key mappings, and general settings at the top. I still have my black shade calibrations, but everything else I need to readjust. Is there a internal battery that is just not working or is this normal?

Yup, I've seen this happen in a Scarlet and it had to go back to RED to have the battery replaced.

Same here just take 30 sec to reset the date and time before you shoot its no biggie imo.

I was having a similar issue, where every time I turned off the camera, in run & gun situations, the saturation would jump up, from 1 to 2, and the timebase kept jumping back down to 23.98fps, so in them types of situations having to lose time when things are happening was annoying, but luckily the lastest firmware update sorted the issue, so maybe a firmware update might solve your issue.
