Settings for External Dual-System recording

Hi all. . .

I'm going to be shooting our next feature soon, and would like an expert to tell me what settings I should be using for my 788T recorder.

To begin with, we'll be shooting 5KFF at 23.796 on our RED Scarlet Dragon.

There are SOOO many choices for settings on the external recorder:

TIME CODE SETTING for 788T: 23.976? 29.976? (23.976 would seem to make the most sense to me, since it would match the camera, but. . .)

SAMPLE RATE: 48.0kHz? 48.048kHz? 47.952kHz?

I will be editing the film in 4K (4028) using Premiere Pro.

What say ye?
