A pretty complete set of the legendary Contax Zeiss prime and zoom lenses. There's a huge set of users who covet these over any of their modern, contrasty & too sharp counterparts.
18mm f4 MMJ
21mm f2.8 MMJ
28mm f2.8 MMJ
35mm f1.4 MMJ
50mm f1.7 AEG
60mm f2.8 Macro S AEJ
85mm f1.4 MMJ
135mm f2.8 MMJ
180mm f2.8 MMJ
Only really looking to sell everything as a set, so please do not ask about individual lenses. I really love this glass and am in no hurry to part with it. Just putting it out there to see what happens.
Everything is in great condition, zero scratches, haze, or fungus on any of the optics, and for the most part, no dust. A couple might have a tiny spec or two of dust, but if you know anything about lenses this is perfectly normal and has zero impact on the image. Exterior of metal barrels may have some wear, but nothing out of the ordinary. You're obviously free to inspect everything in person.
Current asking price is $6000. This asking price reflects the current cost if you were to spend months to buy each lens, in excellent condition, from Japanese sellers, individually.
I'll entertain other offers, but keep in mind that you'd pay more in both time and shipping costs to collect all of these yourself.
FYI, if you're in Los Angeles and interested, I'm in Long Beach and can do set up a meeting anywhere in the LA area.
