  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

DUMB QUESTIONS!!!

How do you do this?

Also are there any other formats to shoot 4K non "HD" like 2.4:1?
 
This is on RED.COM is this not possible? If so how?

REDCODE™ 12 and 16-bit RAW : Compression choices of 18:1 to 3:1
1-120 fps 5K, 4.5K
1-150 fps 4K
1-200 fps 3K
1-300 fps 2K

Not currently; there are limited aspect ratios available right now as well. I hope this will be updated and expanded in the near future. FWIW, I don't think there is any 3K option right now either... but maybe I'm just behind in my firmware.

By the way, your thread said "4.K" so I wasn't sure what you meant. :)
