Hello All,

We are proud to say that our new 45' telescopic Scorpio Crane is now available for rent in our North Hollywood office. If you are familiar with our other cranes / equipment, you will know that nothing was spared in the development & building of this crane.

Some new features include:

• Programmable limits on the telescopic movement of the arm
• All data is displayed on screen: arm range, height of the optic axis, and Pan / Tilt angles
• Programmable Stop Sequence
• 4 telescopic sections plus Central Arm
• Head can be mounted Overslung / Underslung & features an electronic brake system so when crane is not powered, the head will not swing down.
• Dynamic counterweight system: which enables operator to adjust weight carriage position from the pickle, even when crane is in motion
• Motorized vertical column on base of crane, which can be operated from the pickle as well
• 55º MAX inclination on the Tilt arm
• Selectable width on the articulated legs with lockable positions
• Automatic Arc Compensator feature which is generated by the movement of the arm in both Pan and Tilt axes.
• Encoder Outputs on Pan, Tilt and the arm for Motion Capture applications
• Removable track wheel attachments for 1meter track
• Removable leveling jacks
• The wheels pivot over the center of the tires for maximum turning radius
• Arm Speed is 2.5 meters a second. To telescope out entire arm takes +/- 3 seconds.
