Service/Repair Recommendations for O'Connor fluid heads?

Does anyone have any recommendations for service/repair companies for O'Connor heads? I have a 1030S that has some missing knobs and such and needs to be serviced in general. I'm located in Orlando but willing to ship. I would prefer to get some recommendations rather than shooting blind though.
