Server Asset Management Software

Trying to get an idea on what folks are using to manage their assets on shared servers in 2021?
Think video footage, still photos, graphics, audio and the like.
Years back I had a cataloging app that I could add metadata to each file for searches. Such as "sunny Day", but for the life of me I can't recall the app.

We are looking at purchasing a new server setup, but I would really like to see some form of asset management that everyone could use.

Thoughts?

Just started using this some months ago and wish I used It years earlier.
Can catalog media assets on many types of media including
server volumes (AFP, SMB, NAS, FTP, Dropbox, Backblaze B2)
amd reads R3D among other raw formats.
