Hi everyone, I am having a hard time with slow mo playback in premiere, is it my sequence settings? I shot 120 shutter 240 and I believe a project base of 24.

Then I tried shooting 120 in a 60 project base, still choppy.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You should be shooting 180 degree shutter for "standard" motion blur. Anything below 180 degrees (like 120 degrees) will be necessarily choppier than anything shot at 180 shutter.

The choppiness you are experiencing has nothing to do with sequence settings and has everything to do with the raw file.

overly short shutter will cause 'stutter'
you shot 120fps in 24fps project with 1/240 sec exposure (180 deg) or 240 deg shutter?

so basically always be at 180 for angle if I am shooting 60 or 120?

Exactly. You should be at 180 pretty much always (unless you are doing something intentionally different). It's basically a set it and forget it setting.
