Seperating audio

Apologies if this has an obvious solution but I'm not an audio guy so never need to deal with audio in red.

I'd like to find the easiest and quickest way to output just the audio for red shots to whatever format I need (currently unknown). Reason being editorial need audio for a certain shot but I don't want to send the images aswell if they're not needed.
I'm right in thinking that Redcine and Redalert don't have the functionality to do it(?). Again I don't really use either so not overly familiar.

If you need just a few clips, open a proxy in quicktime and export an aif. I've done that in a pinch.
