I have a quick question, in regards to cleaning the integrated OLPF in the raven,

I was on a shoot over the weekend and stopped down and noticed dirt in my frame, as I usually do, I work my way backwards from the front the lens to the back after cleaning the lens throughly, it was still there, I've attached a screenshot of the sunny sky in london, to show my speck of dirt, i've cleaned DSLR sensors before, my question is, is there anything that I need to know before attempting to clean the what I would assume is dirt on the OLPF instead of the sensor?

First try to blow it off with a blower such as a Giottos Rocket Blaster Dust Removal Tool. I shoot outdoors in harsh conditions and realized that even the smallest specks of dust can cause huge spots on the video image. I have purchased the ND flitter kit from Kipper Tie. These ND filters mount between the OLPF and the back of the lens. Not only does this ND filter system allow you to "open up" the f stop but it also is located farther from the sensor making tiny little specks of dust that may collect on this ND filter not show up so readily.

I'm seconding adding a Giottos Rocket Blaster. Looks like a small strand of fabric that must have floated in. Don't use canned air, but you probably already knew that. :)

If you still feel the need the clean. Get the wet version of Eclipse swabs. I use Type II for the Dragon OLPF (6K cut), so I'm not sure what type is correct for the smaller OLPF.
