Filmed RED Epic @ 5K on the Colorado River in mid-June 2013. Pitch+demo project for a fashion house. Starring Claire Friesen and featuring performers from Le Rêve (The Dream). Thanks to Rick Nelson at Land Rover (transportation and logistical support), Jason Davenqort (First Key) and Brett Alters (Producer, Boat Driver).

Treatment: Three survivors of a burned Russian cargo ship struggle to reach the shores of the White Sea. Amidst the ruin of their vessel, surrounded by battered and splintered wood, rails, and rope, a shimmering woman appears. Vaguely familiar with the legend of the Sirens, the sailors are frozen and captivated as she charms and teases the last veils of life from each of them. Before dying in her hands, the last of the men snaps from of his enchantment and attempts to flee, turning and drawing a boatsman knife… To no avail. Three corpses drift away and the Siren, her truer form revealed, slips beneath the rippled waves of glass.

Woow.. Amazing.. Rob Anderson

Looks nice, as the others have said. What Nikkors did you use? I have been using nikkors for the last 4 years even on RED and its nice to see them used to make something like this project.

Thank you Reuben. I used the G-series 50mm and 85mm for most of the shoot. There are a handful of 24mm wides used at the start. I'm a big fan of the RED Nikon mount and the Nikon G-series of glass. Great tools.
