Seeking 4-pin LEMO to DC power cable (12v) - Suggestions?

I understand it's possible to craft your own LEMO cables, possibly using something like this (which is unfortunately out-of-stock and has been for quite a while):

What I need is a 4-pin LEMO to 12v DC cable. I believe the 'size' of the DC cable coupler should be MH-15. Having a heck of a time tracking down this cable (or finding someone that could build one for me). Suggestions appreciated! Thank you.

Markertek will build it.. though they seem to have so many choices of pre-built with connectors on both ends, you may not need the flying lead..
