Have you guys finally invented the "MAKE PERFECT" button?

That would be great, and save me hours of hours of planning, shooting and post.

LOL ;-)

1080i native output in addition to 720p/1080p/2K?

Probably won't open for RedLog recording to prores 4444, even though I'd have welcomed that feature.

I think that exact solution may prove Alexas biggest strength and weakness...

Now that you have played enough, mind sharing?

1. How does refocus in post work?
2. Can you in some way limit the HDR mode so to loose some details in the high lights?
3. How does epic footage look in FCS 4 with apples new codec?

I just woke up and read an 8 page thread that had no other message than:

"We have cool new features in Epic.. And we're not telling you"

I'm so glad I did not see this before bed. Unlike a lot of you "macho" types... I happen to like sleep.

I think Jim's posts and Jarred's post actually gave us quite a bit of information. For me anyway, it means that the hardware is likely finalized and they are working on firmware now. Sometimes they don't hit us over the head with info, but leave it under a stone.

"Jarred and I are testing and can't believe how cool they are."

This thread should serve as a reminder that RED is utterly evil. They induce sin in us. See, all of you are filled with ENVY! Forget this nonsense, we should not yearn for another awesome camera that allows us to make images with an ease never known before (even if that ease is open to much debate). We should revert to simpler things. I'm going back to my hut. UPS just delivered some flint.

I hate you all teases. (But you COULD atone by letting some secrets go...) Ahem...

I kinda agree with Jay here.

Having grown up As a fellow "show me" stater (Missouri is known as the "show me" state), I'd feel a lot better if we could see a few 5k - 100+FPS shots - c'mon guys, bring it on!

You guys are just unbelievable!!

You are such a TEASE!!

I love it, but I so much Hate it, ha ha, I'm a Gemini Jim, like you, I can't stand it waiting for surprises, you can't tell a little kid, that you have a surprise, He will wanted NOW, and so do I, ;~) I think I'm going to start camping out of Red Studio Hollywood, he he.
