Second monitor hook up

[Paul Cronin]

My camera has the 7" LCD. How do I hook up a second LCD for my helicopter pilot? His monitor does not have HD-SDI. It is a Ikan V8000HD monitor.

Probably something like this would help: http://www.aja.com/html/products_converters_HD10CEA.html

It's an HDSDI to Analog converter, which outputs Component and Composite. You could feed the Component to the V8000HD.

I think I will have him buy a HDMI monitor which will be cheaper then the converter. That way I can use the HDMI from the camera.

Thanks Tom.
