Someone please read thru my notes below and let me know where I am going wrong ...
1) Set my Dragon's SDI port to 1080p resolution and 59.95 frequency - 3G right?
2) Dragon connected to a Flanders monitor and the monitor status says "1080p 59.95Hz (3G)" - makes sense.
3) Now Dragon connected to an ActonProducts SDI-splitter module which doesn't like the signal at all, 3G LED starts flipping out - probably something wrong with the module you say. But it's just been repaired with a brand new board.
4) Now Dragon connected to a Wooden Camera C-Box which reclocks the signal and I send that to the ActionProducts module, and everything looks great, 3G LED fine etc.
What am I missing here? Is my Dragon sending out a funky 3G output which is fine for some products but not for others? What is the C-Box doing here that the ActionProducts module can't handle? Does anyone else have the AP SDI-splitter and does it do the same thing for you?
