screw-on filter size: RED 18-50 vs 50-150

Does anyone know for sure if the screw-on filter size for the 18-50 is the same as the 50-150? I believe it's 72mm for the 18-50.

50-150 doesn't take screw on filters and yes 72mm for the 18-50.

72mm for the inner ring, but what about the outer ring on the 18-50?(to protect the movement).

Thanks Alexander, that's a bummer that there is no screw-on. It has come in handy on the 18-50 for run and gun.

Yea, confirmed from RED as well that there's no screw on the 50-150. Alexander, if you have this lens, do you have a neat solution for run and gun or do you just go matt box?

Paulee, the lens is still backordered, I would go with a matte box.
