Scratch System Flypack

[Jim Logan]

Just a heads up to all - we purchased a Scratch system at NAB. We're building it as a flypack and it will be available, with a colorist, to work either on location or at your post house. It will be a complete system including archiving to LTO-3A and HD tape layoff in several formats.

You will be able to shoot, have instant dailies in your choice of formats- either file based or tape, edit on your existing system, and conform for film or broadcast out.

Many thanks to Lucas for helping us figure this system out.

Fly it to Auckland and I'll dry hire it from you for, let's say, $150/day!
(I'll throw in a free SolidStore!)

Auckland is one of my FAVORITE cities - maybe I can squeeze in the case with it. Did a project at the polo club several years ago.

Well look us up the next time you're in town

I want to go back for a visit BADLY.

-Trying to figure out a way I can make it a working visit but I've not come up with the pitch to the bossman...

i am seriously considering putting something VERY similar to this together. unfortunately i didn't get to vegas until the 2nd last day, and by the time i got to assimilate's rooms on thursday, it seemed as though lucas and the team were very tired, and i didn't get quite the demo i and info. i hoped for (or else i might very well have purchased too).

understandable though. a long week in vegas will do that to you.

Apologies for that... it was a long show... and we are all pretty shellshocked by Thursday. : )

I'll contact you offlist and see if we can set something up for you to get more info.

Best,

Lucas
