Does anyone know if there is any plan to add scopes like rgb parade into scratch?

Does anyone know of a work around on pc?

I understand hardware scopes are a superior option but there are a lot of things to budget for and a software version would very helpful.

I hope Assimilate will add built-in vectorscope, YRGB waveforms, and kill the color curve display.

I wouldn't hold my breath. Scopes in Scratch DI suites (and most DI suites, for the matter) are added outside of the grading system in the SDI stream. Monitors like Cine-tal Cinemage have integrated scope options, and there are other outboard scope systems like Hamlet, Tektronix, etc... that are popular, too.

Software-only scopes that aren't actually sampling the downstream (output) signal are not accurate enough to be trusted for broadcast material.

As stated above, TEK and a few other companies sell a solution that is actually a PCI card with an "SDI through" I/O. The card samples the actual signal and then the software utility draws your waveform/parade in a separate GUI.

Tek's rasterizers are good, although Omnitek is probably the most popular choice these days.

I looked around but couldn't find a card with sdi-through from tek; any leads? About how much is the entry level?
