Hello,

Thinking about lens options for a set of primes that are a little less
harsh to knock the edge off of the Helium sensor.
Something good on skin tones, not too contrasty.

I’ve seen some people love the Xenons and others don’t like them.

Thoughts? experience??

seems to be fairly unanimous that everyone thinks the Sigmas ROCK!

I tend to agree as the 18-35 doesn't leave my camera often.

I'm now seeing well established DP's recommending the Sigma over CookE !!

Yes those Sigma's are pretty good.

Sigma calls the cine 18-35 parfocalisch, Lensrentals tested them more parfocal than $ 20.000+ zoomlenses in more or less the same range (didn't mentioned the brand).
The 24..35 T2.2 is also a very good lens.
