I was shooting an event over the weekend and i powered down to move location and when i tried to power back on, my Scarlet wouldn't go pass the color grid. The power light stays on Yellow.. What can that be? Somebody help. It was a very frustrating experience.

i would reinstall firmware, contact red if you're still experiencing problems.

First try with a different LCD cable. If that doesn't help ...

Turn the camera off, then try a hard factory reset by holding down the Power button until you hear the fans go full blast (ignore fans coming on before that at lower speeds), then let go. If it boots OK, remember to reset all your settings.

Otherwise with the power off, try disconnecting everything including all DSMC modules, except for the Side SSD Module & the LCD.

Does it reboot OK? If OK, try reinstalling all other DSMC modules one at a time (remembering to depower between as they are not hot swappable!). If it stops booting after one of the DSMC modules goes back on, then that will be the suspect one.

If all DSMC modules go back on and it's still OK, start adding non-Red accessories one at a time, etc.
