that is perhaps using your trademarks improperly.

I am not so sure if you can really keep other companies from using names like "red" for their products as it is a very common word. As long as Focusrite (who have a red line for some years now - at least designwise) does not start building cameras and name those "Red"...

I bought my first Focusrite Red mic pre-amp in 1993. I think they had been out for about a year at that point.

In the studio we used to jokingly call them "F**k-Us-Rite", because the "sex" was so good that it was worth the price! :001_tt1:
Don't forget they also make the Blue and Green lines too.
