  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Scarlets in NYC

Sounds awesome! When? One more vote for union square, one more vote for weeknights (just not next thursday or friday...)

I'm all for meeting in the studio instead of a restaurant and that way we can have a least one camera there we can play with.. maybe more than one of us can drag a camera along. Its easy enough for me to bring a small set up (camera, batteries, and a lens or 2) in one case... maybe a cheap small easy to carry tripod.

From our mysterious contact in the outside world:

But I have a seamless backdrop and some lights and we can set up a shoot corner.
I could even hire a model as a shooting subject if everyone is willing to cheep in for that!

This sounds like a great idea. Love the idea of a loft, shooting and booze. I personally bought my scarlet because I am a poor filmmaker so the model may be out of the question for me if there are few people. Doesn't someone have a hot girlfriend? We'll be gentlemen.... honest.
 
What's the status on this? I'm down for the loft. Not down for paying for a model. I don't mind bringing a six pack though.
 
I'll get some dates from him this week and pass them along for a vote.
 
Hey guys, when/where is this realistically happening? Such a good idea, we SHOULD all meet, definitely. Even if just one of us brings a camera, I think that's a good start.
