Scarlet-X - What is needed to attach a steadycam rig?

Is the Base Production Pack required to attach a steadicam rig to the scarlet-x? Also, suggestions for an inexpensive steadicam rig would be appreciated.

Short answer: No

I'd do some googling about steadicam rigs and RED cameras first and then come back with your findings. Have fun with your new Scarlet!

Doesn't take anything more than a screw. But you could always put a quick release plate on it too
