Scarlet-X to Epic Upgrade

[Scott Lamoreaux]

In your honest opinion do you think that the Scarlet-X to Epic-X Upgrade path will still be around come January of 2016?

I ask as this is when I'll have the cash reserves to make it happen.

Praying it doesn't go away just yet....

Thanks,

Scott

If it is, I might be interested then.

But for now, I love my Scarlet

I think it would be a good idea since there is still a lot of us hanging on to this lovely camera

Is the upgrade really worth it? Been using my Scarlet for stills and currently writing a small 7 min film that I will shoot soon. Hoping the path will last atleast two more years.

It's not really that big an issue, if the $9500 epic upgrade is discontinued, then you just buy the $14,000 Scarlet Dragon body.

So true but I love the higher frame rates more than the image IMHO.

That's considering I'll be able to get $5K for my Scarlet Body by then.
