Scarlet without Bomb EVF or 5.0 Touch LCD?

Will the Scarlet be fully operable without either the Bomb EVF or 5.0 Touch LCD? I already have a TVLogic 5.6" LCD that I would prefer to keep, especially since the 5.0 Touch LCD doesn't seem to be very movable with any kind of arm mount. I would be getting the Side Handle, so would that be enough to control and operate the camera? I know the REDmote would allow easier control, but I'm thinking of skipping that for now as well.

You will need either touch screen, side handle, or redmote to control the camera.

Just to confirm... with the Side Handle I can do everything with the camera that I could with Touch LCD or REDmote, just maybe a little more difficult or time-consuming?

I don't know if the touch screen follow focus as was advertised months back made it into the product or not. BUT if it did then you may want the LCD touch screen as that would allow you to touch on the screen to change focus to that area of the frame.
