Scarlet W won't turn on

Hi Guys
Suddenly my scarlet w won't turn on no matter I use battery or DC power.
The PWR light on the camera never light up and when I try to boot up the camera with power on, the fan keeps running but nothing shows up on the LCD.
Have you guys ran into this issue? How can I resolve it.
I contacted red tech support and the first time I tried to press power button for 40 seconds it worked but now no matter how long I press it it won't do anything.
How long does it take for Red to repair this camera and send it back?

How are you connecting? V-mount plate? redvolt expander?

I'm having the same issue. Did you find a fix? I can occasionally get it to start but it seems the on/off button has a mind of its own
I can maybe get mine to start from battery power once every two hours. Very frustrating. I have the latest firmware.

I had the base expander that sat in it's box for 9 months and finally I got to plug it in to discover that the DC power didn't work on it but the battery did. Could be the expander, in my situation it was really fast like maybe a week or two wait, shipping paid for both ways.

Rocky or anyone did you ever find out why it won't turn on because my Scarlet is doing that with my DC power. First time I had this problem
