Hi, can anyone help me differentiate the relevant pros and cons as to which of these to buy and also in terms of upgrade/resellability?

Cool, thanks. I have been pushed toward the Scarlet-W but I was curious given the similar sensors and large difference in price what to go for

When shooting 16x9, Raven maxes out at 4KHD. While Scarlet-W at 5KHD. Big difference IMHO.

Raven is only 4.5K when shooting WS, as far as I know.

I have a SW but previously a Raven, I think if you have your lenses dialled there is very little to match the Raven in terms of ROI. All modern day lenses have a EF mount option, bar the Master/ultras.

Yep, 4.5K in WS.

Raven is lighter on features and physical weight.

SW also has anamorphic desqueeze support, 3D LUT support and another useful diddy I can't remember.
PL would be nice I guess. But yeah, alot of lenses are in EF as well.

That's right - back focus support! So a few bits here and there.

But yeah, I would say Raven wins because you posted in the Raven section?
Only fair right?

SW all the way!!!!! Not based on any technical specifications other than the ability to swap mounts.
