Scarlet-W Temperature Issue

A few weeks ago I started to notice that my Scarlet-W could no longer maintain the 40ºC target sensor temperature that I've used for many months. The sensor now rises to over 50ºC regardless of fan setting and even in below freezing weather. First noticed the issue when I upgraded to the new firmware but it still happens after I reverted to the previous release. Does anyone run their cameras with a target sensor temp of more than 50ºC?

My Epic W started doing the same thing after updating to the latest firmware and targeting 43ºC. When set to adaptive it would just keep creeping up in temperature.
I tried a few different temperature settings and re calibrated the sensor for each one and it appears to be ok now targeting 44ºC.
