Scarlet W Standard OLPF with IRND filters

What is your opinion on using IRND filters from NISI or Tiffen as an example with the OLPF filters which is standard in the SCARLET W ? Are there any side-effects in using Dual IR processing ?

Nisi filters are some of the best I have ever used, so you can't go wrong with Nisi. Have never had any issues while using all the variations of RED OLPF's.

Thanks Chris . I am just confirming if the NiSi v5 100mm holder will work with these glasses .. no budget for matte box right now

What glass? Make sure the specs of the V5 filter holder meets your threaded filter specs on your lenses.

Chris, changed my mind, found out that the Tokina Cinema PRo IRND filters comes in both screw in and 4x5.65 design. The filter size starts from 82mm, hence, i bought setup ring for all my lenses and 82mm lens caps. Going to get the 0.6,0.9,1.2 set to start with.

In fact NiSi has a C4 filter holder(similar to V5) can fit 4x4 and 4x5.65 filters, comes with 67, 72, 77 and 82 adaptor ring and a nice filter case.

Do you have any link or picture? I spoke to nisiaustralia and also GMCine dealer in HK and no one have any idea and was pushing me to buy matte box.
