  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Scarlet - W not giving iris control on sigma 18-35

Hey guys, I just bought a used scarlet w and for some reason when I connect my sigma 18-35 I can’t get iris control it is just greyed out and says N/A. I have reconnected the lens a few times made sure it was in properly and still no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so how did you fix it?

I'm seeing the same issue with my art lenses as well. Did you find a solution? I updated my Sigma lens but didn't work. Haven't checked to see if there's a Scarlet-W firmware update yet.
 
Give the contacts a nice clean. Toggle AF/MF I think it only works on one of those settings. If it's Canon it should work.... if it's Nikon who knows!
With the 85mm sigma I have to rotate the lens slightly back a mm to get it to connect.
