Scarlet to Epic upgrade : simultaneous transfer of ownership?

I am dropping off my Scarlet for the Scarlet to Epic trade in program.

The first step RED does in this program is do a full eval on the camera, same as when doing the transfer of ownership.
Then, at the end of the process, I get a new Epic.

My question is : If I want to have this Epic belong to the company I am working for instead of me, can this ownership transfer be included at the same time?
What is the cost, if any, ( I'm hoping Zero since it is a brand new camera that will not need eval. at Red once again ) .

I'll let you guys know what I find. I just dropped off a camera at Red studios today, and they say the eval takes 3 to 5 days nowadays.

I believe you need to wait at least 90 days for transfer of ownership with the scarlet to epic upgrade according the agreement you sign for the upgrade.
