Hello!

I bout the battle tested scarlet and I was wondering if all the Red Scarlet were eligible for upgrade.

When I go to Red.com and I can only upgrade to Epic Dragon for 19k and and Scarlet Dragon for $9500.
But the Scarlet to Epic upgrade in not available for me. Why is that?

$9,500.00 SKU#: SCAR-EPIC-MX-PRE You currently have no serial numbers eligible for this program.
 
It could mean they are phasing out the current EPIC MX, but I would contact your bomb rep about not being able to choose it.

It may be the serial but the Red service told me that I could upgrade the camera!

Here is what the Red team said!

" The SCARLET-X to EPIC- X Trade In program is $9,500 USD. Upon invoicing of payment, the RMA team would then be reaching out to you with the RMA number, and shipping instructions for your camera.

From the time that the camera is received here at RED Headquarters, Irvine the trade in process is expected to take approximately 7-10 business days.

Upon the completion of the trade in, you would be receiving a new EPIC-X brain complete with a new serial number! "
 
Question about the upgrade.

Do you get the EPIC case with it?

I do recall you get one free with an EPIC purchase but maybe I misread that years ago.
