Well boys and girls, it's me again with yet ANOTHER problem.
We did our first serious shooting with the Scarlet today. Then when I put the SSD Card in the RedMag 1.8" to download the footage into the Windows7 PC, it went about 1/3 the way, then STALLED.
The green bar just sits there, and it says "About 60 seconds remaining.", yet does not move a micron.
The other day I had some a few quick shots with the camera and successfully downloaded the data, but this time it does this.
When it stalled with the first SSD Card, I cancelled it. It caused the computer to freeze up, so I had to turn it off manually. Then, I tried it again with the second SSD Card, and the same thing is now occurring.
Has anyone had this happen before? Have I don't something wrong? What's going on?
We have some very important shots on those cards, and we need them downloaded TODAY.
Your help is appreciated.
Thanks.
.
UPDATE:
OK, it wasn't the SSD cards or the RedMag, it was the stupid computer cable connecting the RedMag with the PC. I solved it using the USB cable and all works well now. Might be a tad slower, but I don't care.
I can breathe again.
