Scarlet Same Day Edit Wedding. It's so simple.

[Ces Peynetti]

This past weekend I had a wedding where the client asked us for a 'Same Day Edit.' At first I didn't want to take any risks and thought I'd leave my Scarlet in its case this time around, but after giving it some thought, I figured I'd take the chance and see what a 4K Same Day Edit would be like. It was a breeze.

More info about the process and the video here: http://www.flyfennix.com/editing-a-red-4k-same-day-edit-its-that-simple

I'd love to hear what you guys think!

Hey Ces

Thank you so much for sharing! This was beautifully done. I never would have thought that editing a 4k wedding could be so efficient.

A couple of quick questions, what sort of rig setup and lenses are you using?

Thanks again

I'm using all Canon L glass. Most of the stuff I shot with the RED on that particular video was with the 35mm 1.4 and the 100mm 2.8 Macro. As for a rig, I pretty much use a Manfrotto 561 bhdv for support and a Kessler pocket dolly for slides.
