[Jay Kim]

Ryo Murakami is a very talented cinematographer and documentarian but saddlly he passed away two weeks ago in his early 30s due to malaria from his recent Africa shooting.
I know his family is selling one of his camera, Epic & Scarlet, and some of his camera gear which are all located in NYC.
Even he is not an active RedUser participant, he is a long time Red user/owner since his first Red One and he shot many beautiful films and documentaries using his own red cameras.
Here is his IMDB credits which cannot grow any more-(
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2295738/

I can personally vouch for his gear and his family.
RYO, RIP.

[Jay Kim]

Bump for Ryo

[ryo murakami]

18-85mm PRO ZOOM LENS IS NOW ON SALE FOR $6,500.

SCARLET PACKAGE WITH LENS NOW FOR $1,5500.

As Jay mentioned, Ryo passed recently, and this is his brother in law, Takeshi trying to sell his camera for his family.
Ryo was an extraordinary cinematographer and he shot amazing projects with this camera. It is still in a good shape.

Thanks,

Takeshi
