  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I'm in the DC area with the ScarletX Canon AL, 2x 64 SSD's, Touch LCD, and RED SSD Station in my cart. I'm just trying to figure out what I'm going to do for portable power, and leaning toward an Anton Bower solution.

How are you planning on attaching AB batteries? With the AB Epic Gold plate? AB Universal plate with 4-p-XLR adapter?

Norbert,

you are missing RedRocket as one of the most important hardware parts for postproduction to work flawlessly with such a huge R3D files.

Ordered end of december :
A Scarlet-x package with 5' LCD, GMP 160Wh batteries, 4x 64gb redmag, some accessories from wooden camera and a decent Libec tripod.
Will be used on a 17-50 tamron lense, with which i get excellent results on Red One. Primes and longer focals later.

Primary use will be my own projects, but the camera and myself will be available for other projects at a decent price.
 
Philadelphia, PA, NJ, NYC are where most of my work is, but I do travel often as well.
