Los Angeles! But I hope to have the camera in time to make it back east for the holidays - Planning to shoot a ton of footage in the frozen tundra that will be pennsylvania.

I ordered the SCARLET-X AL CANON MOUNT PACKAGE so far. Will be adding another 64GB card at least and I really want that Tactical Cage, and the Red Volts and well, a lot of other gear that I can't afford right away

My partners and I at ASTRONAUT we all work in NYC.

We go the Scarlet Canon Mount Package.
We'll be using it with my 16 piece Contax Zeiss Lens collection that I've been building over the past year.
Our DP Alex Baev has also put in an order for a Scarlet, so that's two between us.
We plan on getting our own SECOND Scarlet within the next couple of months, giving us three to work with, which is ideal for our workflow.
In 2013, we'd like round out the package with an Epic and call it a day.

Looking forward to shooting on HDRX at 5k. We're going get some WICKED timelpases at night like that.

The one it comes with is about 4inches long and can therefore be only mounted directly above the mount. Nut much versatility.
All around a very good idea to have a slightly longer backup cable

Los Angeles here.

Getting the Canon AL Mount Package with 2 extra 64gb SSDs, an additional charger and 2x red volts.

Going to see how this package works out before buying more. Plenty of RED owner friends to steal pieces from and test out. Looking forward to becoming a part of the team!
