I have my order in for a Scarlet, but now wondering if my package options were correct. I ordered the Scarlet-X Al Canon Mount Package and requested an order for a Ti PL mount as well. I did this so I can use PL mount lenses, but also the set of Zeiss ZF lenses I have which I would use an EF to Nikon-F mount adapter. Will that actually work? The other option is to go with the Scarlet-X PL mount, get all the other stuff in the package separately, and then order something like the Optitek Nikon mount. Which is the better way to go? I don't have any Canon glass, but who knows if I'll want the option of using some at some point.

I'm also looking at monitoring options. I'd like to keep costs down as much as possible, so I'm considering skipping the Bomb EVF and Touch LCD altogether, and instead using my existing TV Logic 5.6" LCD and getting a Cineroid Metal HD-SDI EVF. If I have the Side Handle with those (no Bomb EVF of Touch LCD) will I be able to control the Scarlet well enough? Would getting the Touch LCD and not using the TVLogic be a better option for an LCD screen? Could I skip the REDmote if I have the Side Handle, or would I be missing some potentially important features?
