So I'm on location in the philipinnes.
Scarlet was working great now LCD won't turn on.

5inch touch LCD. Basically a week old.

Now I have a week left on this shoot and I'm stuck...

I tried unplugging. Different power sources. Hard reset. Force upgrade firmware.

Opened a support ticket but it's Sunday. Hoping someone can give me a magical secret fix .

Any ideas? Maybe a cheap idea for a monitor? I have a aidehandle so I can control the camera.

Camera still records and works fine. Just for some reason LCD won't turn on...

Find someone in the Philippines first & save your shoot, call RED someone will get back to you. Post and see if there are any REDUsers currently in the Philippines who can help you out.

Patrick,

do you have access to a HDMI Monitor? We attached a 7" Marshall and for some scenes a TV in addition to the touch screen to keep folks away from the camera. This could work for framing and might save your shoot.

Cheers, Ulf
