Good day, I was saddened the other day appeared a problem ... Privklyuchenii camera monitor remains off (I originally thought that the problem in the cable or the monitor cable is pulled out of the socket again included, but the monitor was switched through again .. Then I was left alone, and a cable included turning off the camera, the problem remained the monitor works through time ... The essence of the question that may be?

Hey

looks like you used an online translator for this post but it's a little hard to understand. Can you try again?

Sounds like the monitor didn't come on at camera start up...then was working, but intermittently...

The cause is usually a faulty cable.

Testing would need to be done with a combination of different cables, monitors and cameras to find which part is defective.

Les Hillis first I thought so, too stirred the cable plug changed places .. But then tried not to touch the cable ... turn on / off the camera if you turn the monitor turns on a row of 3 out of 5 cases. Fixed camera the night of the connected cable and monitor. ... Activated from about 10th times

Tom Dowler I wanted to know was whether this one has something: Enables the camera, but does not turn on the monitor. as it occurs in 3 out of 5 injections. connect the cable to the monitor, I do not touch ... Sorry for the clumsy text ((Google translator translates the ((((

The question is still relevant

Good day dear. What I wrote above was a mistake. The chamber was checked with another cable and the other monitor. Nothing's changed .. In general the problem is not in the monitor, but the fact that the camera just does not start ... What you need to contact customer service, I realized. The question is: For what reason could this happen? Did someone the problem? How long will the camera to be repaired?

Sorry to hear the problem is with the camera and not just the cable or monitor.

It's not something I've experienced myself.

If you bought the camera second-hand, the previous owners/users might have done something to it, but there could be other reasons for it to fail.

Not possible to say how long the repairs would take. Hopefully it will be an easy thing to fix, but sending it back to the USA to get fixed will still take time.

Good luck with it.
