So the camera is 2/3". Is it going to work with standard 2/3 servo zoom lenses and if there a plan for adopter for 16mm primes? Thank you

Anyone from RED could comment. I have an opportunity to buy 2/3" lens for cheap, but I wanted to know if I could also use it with Scarlet? Also I wanted to see if I want to keep a few 16mm lenses I have around or should I clean my closet?

As far as I know, no 2/3 lenses will have the same resolution (3K) as the Scarlet will. Therefore it will be limited to 1080p resolution on the lenses, which will create an image with less resolution. There are also some question to wether the 16mm area will fill out the whole sensor, Super 16mm will fill it out however.

16mm lenses will more than cover Scarlet 3k. Super 16mm lenses are not required.

as far as i know zeiss digi primes will handle that as well as most HD bctv lenses

Premium grade B4 mount HD lenses are superb optics and should perform quite well on Scarlet. But I would buy new S16mm lenses over B4 optics as they are designed to focus properly on a focal plane sensor rather than through a prism as B4 lenses are.
