This may sound stupid, is the ability to change lenses on the 2/3" worth it in the long run if one plans to buy an S35 or FF35 a year or two later? By this I mean if the lenses are going to be too small to cover the imager on the S35 and FF35 then whats the point in making a large investment in lenses that you may not end up using in a couple years. I understand some people will keep their kit and use at as a B camera or a spare or sell the whole kit and make a nice chunk of change.
I think I may just go with the fixed for now and then when I can afford it I'll go with the larger brain and use the accessories from the fixed kit. This is why RED is so awesome, I don't have to buy a whole new camera every time I want / need a new feature or larger sensor, and keep the fixed as a B camera or a "crash cam".
