  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Scarlet in the Maasai Mara

Some of the most stunning imagery I have seen on this forum. Great work! I look forward to more of it.

What kind of motion control rig did you use and was it with the scarlet or 5d II?

Thanks Alberto for sharing such beautiful looking Scarlet Footage. Can't wait to see more! Great job!

This looks absolutely fantastic, wow I wish I was there with you guys :)

Alberto, nzuri sana kapisa!

Very nice work, the silhouetted giraffe shot is gorgeous! Masai shots are stunning, and the croc shot, fuck me!!

There is a small red group here in East Africa! Glad to see another. I'm the guy on the other side of the river shooting from the Tanzania side :) Let me know if you need anything.

Hi there!
Here´s a teaser of a film we are shooting in Kenya. All with Scarlet, Nikon and Canon lenses.

The camera performed very well with the heat and dust and the 4x4 jumping...
Hope you like it!
cheers!

Beautiful stuff Alberto. Just curious how you are getting images that seem to be very much noise free in the blacks with the Scarlet. Is it just a matter of black shading?

Thanks
Antonio

To all the Scarlet owners who reckon Scarlet can't create similar looks to Epic.....watch this & check your workflows & skill's toolset. Because this clip illustrates perfectly what Scarlet can do in professional hands.

Congrats on the shots !

P.S. for Still lenses only job this looks sharp.
