Scarlet hang in playback mode.

Hi friends I was a shoot ,my Scarlet Hang in playback mode.then I restart again then hang in record mode and shut down itself.I had flashed firmware again no hope.any idea................

Try the hard reset.
Press the power button for 30sec. and restart the camera.
If doesn't works send a ticket to RED support: https://support.red.com/anonymous_requests/new

I had this happen today, I ejected the mag & camera was fine, no need to reboot.
