First Impressions. Let’s see…

Small,
can hold it in one hand,
auto-mode,

It’s perfect….for the paparazzi market. (Just for the record, I have no interest in seeing Britney Spears’ vajayjay in 3-kay)

Please tell me there will be a way to shoulder this. I can’t imagine having to hold this thing out in front of you for more than a few minutes at a time. I prefer to integrate the “shaky-cam” look in post

Hope the options will include at least:
Interchangeable lenses
EVF option

I don’t see anything about XLR-audio inputs

I’d gladly pay $8-$10K fully loaded

At first glance. this appears to be an awesome project. If the price ends up being under $3k as is being reported, this will be a no brainer purchase for me. This looks truly like a digital cinema camera. Of course, got to outfit it with the rig to maximize the thing. But, 3k, for under $3k. I think I can do this and avoid all of the Sony hype that I was about to sink into.

just out of interest does a 2/3 inch chip possess the same optical characteristics as a 16mm camera?
