Hello,
Is anyone experiencing issues with the latest firmware 4.0.10 after installing their presets and looks? I installed the release firmware last night, black-shaded and everything had been perfect when I ran through my usual tests. My presets/looks were working fine as of beta firmware 4.0.8 but are now causing issues when applied to the release firmware.
If I apply a look, it appears as ---/--- above the histogram.
When I inspect the 'Look>Color' menu it tells me I have RC2 and RLF as my Color setup. All of my presets were setup as RC3 / RLF.
After applying the look, when I white balance the image becomes noticeably darker and almost monochrome. All settings are 'default' in the Look Menus (aside from the RC2/RLF setting)
If I use my own presets, I lose functionality in the menu - playback 'play' doesn't respond and the focus reticule becomes inactive.
When I revert to defaults it all seems fine. In the firmware update readme it indicates that it should be possible to apply existing presets.
One final issue and I can't recall if this happened as a consequence of installing my presets/looks or after installing the firmware is that tapping the head menu items repeatedly used to quit the menu. Now my menu is staying put and I have to use the Menu icon on the far right or the Menu Button on the SH to quite a menu. The previous behaviour of being able to tap the menu item to quite was better IMO.
Has anyone had these problems? Should I log a ticket?
