Scarlet files corrupt on transcode

I’ve just shot the first round of test footage with my Scarlet and each file I try to export fails around the last 10 frames of the clip. Is there something I have checked wrong?
I have even cut those frames off with an out point in RCXP and the files still fail but just a little further back. They all play fine in the viewer too.

It says: Error processing image for frame XXX. Has anyone run into this before?

What do you mean "export?" Have you copied the footage from the REDmags? If so, how? Are you opening it in RCX?

Transcode, sorry. No I’m reading them straight off the SSD through the REDStation. Is that a no no?
