SCARLET ERROR MESSAGE 0000001d = ?????

Got an error today, a bunch of zeros or O's followed by 1d. Cant find anything on it. Do you know anything about it?

Im running the current firmware as of a week ago. Under this firmware I also sometimes noticed that when I would shut the camera off and restart the iris was set different than what it was before I powered down. (Using EF lenses and mount).

Today I got the error on set and couldnt do anything about it. I reinstalled the firmware and it helped a little but only for a minute. I installed the 3.3.19 firmware and it was stable untill I hit record then I got the same issue.

I ruled out the battery, AC adapter, monitor control cable, lens and SSD. Since it happened on several firmwares I believe its the brain itself. When it crashed it said to save a log file but Im not sure if I actually can.

I've primarily seen this error pop up when the REDMote isn't seated properly. Or if I'm sliding on the REDMote when the camera is powered up and the REDmote doesn't slide on straight and even......
