Scarlet error 0x0000001d, on location, need help ASAP

Hello,

I am shooting right now on location and the Scarlet gives error 0x0000001d upon powerup and forces an immediate shutdown. Upon shutdown and restart, the error returns and forces shutdown. The Scarlet was on 3.3.14 firmware and I have reinstalled 3.3.14 firmware and problem persists and the camera is unshootable. Any thoughts on what might be causing this problem?

Only RED support knows these codes - I would email (or call) them ASAP...
While You wait - try installing an older firmware - like 3.2.21...

I've seen this error happen a few times in conjunction with a REDMote.... Try booting the camera without the REDMote on and see if the error still pops up.
